Ron Thiele has been a professional photographer since 1988. His work has been published in dozens of magazines, newspapers, books and publications world-wide. His editorial work has won numerous awards and he has helped educate the public about endangered spaces and species on the North Coast of BC.

Ron's commercial work has graced many fortune 500 annual reports, coporate collateral, advertising campaigns and even fashion spreads.

After working as a full time photographer on the west coast, Ron Thiele is now located in Calgary, Alberta. He is currently President & CEO of Xpan Interactive. He still occasionally focuses his lens on work for corporate clients, magazines, web sites and stock. He also exhibits his work in galleries around western Canada and continues to be an advocate of conservation and education of earth's wild places.
